In the event of wanting to cancel your membership here are your options:
For monthly members
If you purchase a monthly plan and would like to cancel, please email team@successalchemy.co with ‘WildSelf Collective Cancellation’ in the subject line.
Please note, we require 30 days notice to cancel your membership so if you decide to cancel just before or after payment, you will still be charged the final payment. You will have access to the Collective for 30 days after your last payment. We answer emails within 48 hours Monday – Friday so please take this into account when considering the timeframe of cancellation.
For annual members
If you purchase an annual plan, it will automatically renew every year unless you choose to cancel. Please email team@successalchemy.co to cancel your membership at least 30 days before it renews with ‘WildSelf Collective Cancellation’ in the subject line. We answer emails within 48 hours Monday – Friday so please take this into account when considering the timeframe of cancellation.
Refunds
There are no refunds on either the monthly or annual plan as we are delivering support and community continuously throughout the membership. Thank you for understanding.

We reserve the right to change the price of any of our programs or memberships at any time and will give you sufficient notice if this is the case.
