My journey back to my authentic, soulful self began with ‘The great remembering’ shall we say and it wasn’t all meditation, peace and jingly music, lemme tell you that much!

I invested in my first coach in 2017 and experimented with different business ideas, rising and falling until I unlocked my soul purpose as a coach!

Connecting to my divine feminine power, intuition and bringing a dash of magick into my business was the boldest, most daring (and vulnerable) move, but it was totally meant to be.

You see, I haven’t always been confident or deserving of success, oh no. I would worry away the days and nights about putting myself out there, being seen and fear of failure and success.
“What would they think of me?! What would they say?” Stupid, fraud,?

I feared actually rising in my power as a woman and admitting I am a free spirited soulful kinda coach because of others’ judgments. Would people dislike me for wanting success and being seen as a leader? Would people assume I am stuck up because I believe in myself and post photos of my face?

I was scared to be the real me.

I was worried people would be put off by the fact I came from nothing, a council house girl who ended up a single mum, repeating old patterns.

My childhood was no fairytale, but there was a hero.

I was brought up by my dad from the age of 5. An early childhood memory of mine is of my brother and I sitting on the communal family bed, yes, we could only afford the one bed for the three of us! Eating macaroni cheese out of a tin donated by The Salvation Army. My Dad gave up everything for my brother and I. We had next to no money but even though we lived in poverty, my dad made sure we NEVER went without. We were surrounded by love and support and for that my dad will forever be my hero.
I will save the rest of that story for another day.

Fast forward and I was working 12 hour days in an office, diligent and passionate about my job and ready to move up. And to my absolute surprise I found out I was the big P! No….not the promotion I had anticipated and been promised but PREGNANT!

By the time my beautiful baby boy was born I was homeless, jobless and loveless. Things could not have gotten any worse, except they did. Not only was I struggling as a single mum, I discovered my son was autistic which made motherhood harder than I could ever imagine and made creating a meaningful relationship even more challenging. I entered a whirlwind of bad, controlling relationships. I became depressed. I lacked confidence and had very low self-esteem.

That is until I decided there
MUST be a better way

So my journey of self-development started from outside. I believed if I looked good then surely the inside would follow suit and all my self-esteem issues would be solved. BOY was I wrong!
